Our Activities

Dewan's Higher Academy of Banking offers following coaching programmes:

a.) JAIIB/DBF:

For a new entrant in the bank one must complete JAIIB from IIBF, Mumbai at the earliest in order to achieve Professional Advancement in the banking career. Most of the Nationalised banks offer one increment upon completion of JAIIB besides offering some extra marks for internal promotions.
Hitherto JAIIB was offered by IIBF to the staff members of the banks only. Now it has been made available, as DBF (Diploma in Banking & Finance) to all the 12th pass aspiring for a job in the banking industry. It is a self study programme and consists of 3 papers. b.) CAIIB:

CAIIB from IIBF Mumbai is the next level of qualification for Professional Achievement in the banking career. One must complete JAIIB before one becomes eligible to appear for CAIIB. Most of the Nationalised banks offer two increments upon completion of CAIIB besides offering some extra marks for internal promotions. c.) Bank Promotions:

Banks have a system of internal promotions based upon a written test and a personal interview. We prepare staff members of various banks for their internal promotion process to various officer cadres. For further details please click on the relevant option..
